ive been looking up on why the reasoning that people hate eachother and can't get along. I've refined  it by focusing it on the reasons why people are narrow minded and can't get along. What the essays main arguement is claiming is that we use the internet just like how we use paper and how it's the next evolutionary step. It's not just a tool it's much more than that it's how we stay in touch with each other. The internet has changed the way this generation and the past generation did simple things like taking pictures. The internet is probably the most important adaptation of our time. We use it for research, staying in touch with people, and anything else you want. It's the tool that nowadays we don't use it to our advantage. We have the power to look up anything and learn it online or to find out things within a couple seconds of a google search. The tone of the author is basically trying to tell us that we have a powerful tool that we can use anytime. We have all these social media apps that we use to communicate and talk from a long distance. Simple things like taking a picture in the past took multiple steps and nowadays you can take

Digital divide

I stand that the ability to not having internet and having it is kinda bs cause it's everywhere nowadays and it's free most places. I think it depends on you and how you use the internet you could either use it to help you achieve your goals with research and reaching out to professionals or use it to distract you and never getting anything done. My data is currently i don't know if it's protected nor unprotected. I looked myself up and I couldn't find myself just a bunch of old people.
